1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not store official records, perform official checks, retrieve files, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its content identifies Livingston County custodians, including the sheriff, Circuit Clerk, Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS repository, and Missouri State Highway Patrol Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the site is conditioned on the following restrictions. A visitor may not:

Missouri registry information receives special protection against misuse. The Missouri State Highway Patrol Sex Offender Registry supports public safety awareness, not retaliation, vigilantism, or prohibited screening decisions.

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and produces no consumer report, credit report, or official background check. Its advertising partners are not presented as services for applicant, rental, insurance, or credit decisions. Data from this site or a linked tool may not be used to:
